School avoidance and school refusal is a major problem in our schools and has a significant impact on a student’s academic and long term employment prospects, social skills development and mental health outcomes.

By identifying the patterns of avoidance, intervening early and taking a collaborative approach with parents/ carers, students can be supported to achieve the expected 95% attendance rate and reach their potential.
